I really enjoyed my long weekend, and hope you did too! I wanted to finish my mini-vacation with a really fun card. I am crazy about vintage and had been playing around with some corrugated cardboard, and decided it would look great on this card. The stamp is one that I love from Crafty Secrets ( I tried to color the flower similar to a Tropicana Rose - one of my favorites!). I stamped and cut several layers of the rose and stacked them to get some realistic dimension. You know summer is here when the roses start blooming - and mine are already covered in blooms.

This is a beautiful card. I love the doily you used as an embellishment behind the stamp. The colors you used and the way you colorized the stamp is lovely. I also like the corrugated washed background and the distressing. It all works really well together for a beautifully done card. Thanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge. <3 Candy
