It's a new challenge at Studio 313 Hotspot! One of the hottest trends in home decor is psychedelic colors/patterns. Here is a little inspiration to get your mind thinking.
My card today is really simple. As you know, I am much more of a vintage girl, so this was really pushing me out of my comfort zone. I used Modern Flowers, the Green Tea collection. I completely colored the designer paper with copics (fluorescent ones at that!) For the blue background, I added texture by dabbing it with coloreless blender applied to a terrycloth towel. After coloring and cutting the butterfly, I added a layer of liquid glass to make it nice and shiny.
We hope you will be inspired to join this challenge at the Hotspot. There will be a random drawing for 25.00 worth of products from the Studio 313 Exclusive Creations digi store, spend it now or later! You have 2 weeks to play in the challenge. You can combine it with any other challenge, and it doesn't have to be a Studio 313 digi (but you can definitely use it if you have one!)
Challenges:
Paper Sundaes - sketch
Alota - flowers
Cute Card Thursday - For Someone Special
Pixie Dust - Cut it Out
Clearly I stamp - flowers
