Start with a 4" x 6" Card base.  Die cut the decorative topper from the Raindrops on Roses die set.  Adhere to the top of the card.  Layer a printed card front over the edge of the die cut, so the edge is hidden. Stamp the sentiment in the lower right corner.  Add ribbon to the top of the card, and die cut the printed tag using the Luggage and Tags die set. Stamp the bicycle and fussy cut.  Color with Copic markers.  Adhere to the base with foam adhesives.  Stamp and cut 3 Posy Patch flowers and glue in the basket.  Finish with pearls.
