Spring Meadow Kraft Card

Core'dinations makes it so easy to create cute cards with lots of texture in just a few minutes. This is really great if you have to make multiples of cards for parties, thank-you's, etc. The Deco-Edge Kraft Cards and Envelopes are a real treat to use, not only for the trendy kraft color, but also with the fancy cut edge, half your work is already done. Kraft is also a great color choice, because it can be used for masculine and feminine projects alike.

• Sand-it Gadget
• Tim Holtz Classic
• Darice Dandelion Embossing Folder
• PunchBunch Mini Cherry Blossom Punch
• Imagine Crafts Pico Embellisher - Wedding Dress
• Pearls

 
 Step 1. Cut a panel of blue cardstock to fit on the card front.
 Step 2. Emboss the panel and sand the image with the Sand-it Gadget,
 Step 3. Adhere to the card base.
 Step 4. Add dimension to the flower buds, by add a dot of white with the Pico Embellisher, to each of the dots on the design.
 Step 5. Punch small flower to layer over the flowers. Distress the flowers with a Sand-it Gadget. Step 6. Finish the flowers with a small adhesive pearl in the center.
This is not my typical color palette, but I think it is a great combination for spring. Add the distressing, and it reminds me of a favorite pair of worn blue jeans. ~Gini
