It's the last day of the month, which also means it's the final day for our nature theme at the Beary Scrap. We hope you have had fun and been inspired.
I have a simple card to share with you today, but sometimes those can be the most striking. I used papers from
Echo Park's For the Record and the
Be Mine collection. So many of the Echo Park papers work well together from one collection to another. My stamp (from Tim Holtz) is embossed using
Stampendous Detail Embossing Powder in black. I used some
Distress Ink in Peeled Paint to tie all of my papers together. I really use my
Distress Inks all of the time - for so many techniques.
We will have a new challenge up tomorrow, and hope that you will come play along. For those that entered the Nature challenge - good luck!
I'm so excited to share my newest card using Chapel Road Stamps, because this is my very favorite stamp of theirs (well, at least at this moment!) - Pearl Earring. 
As someone who has always loved all things vintage, I can't even begin to tell you how my heart was pounding this morning when I saw that I had been named to the Crafty Secrets Design Team! I am so honored to be among some very talented and inspiring ladies. I'm sure most of you are familiar with Crafty Secrets wonderful vintage stamps and scraps - but if you're not - expect to see a ton of them coming from me! I really love how versatile this company is!
