Peace Fairy
I am honored this week to be the Guest Designer at Incy Wincy Challenges, and this week's theme is PURPLE! So this card is waaaay purple! The lovely image is from Michelle Perkett and is called Peace Fairy. Michelle gave her followers on PCP a choice of a free digi that most described themselves. I chose this because, I've always been a peace maker - sometimes that means avoiding conflict, but I think other times it means standing up against injustices towards others and pulling for the underdog. I colored the image with Copics, and colored the vine pattern with a Versa-mark marker, then embossed with gold powder. I used SEI velvet paper (which I love !) and embossed it with my cuttlebug. I used the Treading Water punch for my border, and added some Swarovski crystals beneath my sentiment. I used a Martha Steward gold glitter pen to add doodles around my purple cardstock. This sketch is from Copic Buzz. Creative Card Crew challenged viewers to doodle on their designs. Cute Card Thursday was Glitter Me Silly, which I have done with the glitter pen and gold embossing.
