Stamp the tulip image onto Cryogen White paper using black Memento ink. Color with copics. Color over the entire image with the Versamark pen and emboss the image with clear embossing powder. Take the stained glass background and stamp over the image with Versamark embossing ink. Emboss using the purple powder. Spray the entire image with Glimmer Mist and wipe off the excess. The Glimmer Mist will not color the areas that are embossed. Cut the image to fit inside the Decorative Oval Window.
Cut, emboss and stencil an oval window. Use Gold Smooch to add the stenciled highlights. Attach the stained glass image. Cut the largest die from the Lattice Rectangles and run ribbon through. Use dimensional adhesives to glue the layers together as shown. Add pearls to finish.

Other: Copics, Bazzill cardstock, bling, ribbon, distress inks
Stamp the pansy frame and color with copics. Fussy cut inside and outside the frame. Ink the edges with Peeled Paint distress ink. Stamp the sentiment on cardstock and mount the frame on top of the sentiment with dimensional adhesives. Cut, emboss and ink the decorative strip from the Floral Doily Accent set. Add ribbon to finish
