Cut a piece of blue patterned paper 5 7/8" x 5 7/8".  Cut the floral patterned paper 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" to layer over the top.  Die cut two of the smaller Decorative Blossom Corners and attach to opposite corners.  Stamp the fence and color with Copic markers.  Fussy cut the image.  Trace over the vines using Dries Clear Adhesive and sprinkle with Ultra Fine Glitter. Stamp a second fence image and color only the leaves. Fussy cut, shape and adhere with dimensional foam adhesives over the base fence. Stamp 11 Posy Patch flowers and cut with the coordinating die. Shape and glue on the fence, allowing some of the smaller base flowers to still show.  Add Stickles to the centers of the flowers.  Adhere the fence with dimensional foam. Stamp the sentiment and cut apart into separate words. Ink the edges with brown ink.  Glue to the card.  Add a ribbon bow.
