I decided to remake one of my all-time favorite projects...my popcorn cart. When I saw this Circus Party collection, by Carta Bella. I knew that I had to make a circus themed one. I used the Carta Bella Silhouette file for the big top and decorated it with die cuts.
So, I think it's time for a party, don't you?
