Hampton Art and Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop

Welcome to the Hampton Art and Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness! You should have arrived from my friend Debbie Seyer's blog - if not then, be sure to start at the Hampton Art Blog, so that you don't miss anything!

Make sure to leave comments on all of the blogs for your chance to win a $20 gift certificate to Really Reasonable Ribbon or a Hampton Art Prize package with stamps and ink valued at approximately $20.

I used the brand new stamp set- Graphic 45 Ladies Diary One to create the focal point of my card.  The sentiment was heat embossed and then the script was stamped below that using ColorBox Chestnut Roan Chalk inkpad. The edges were curled and inked using Mixd Media Inkz - Leather. The lady was heat embossed using Hampton Art Pink powder - and then colored in with Copics.  I built a layer of ribbons using some gorgeous May Arts ribbons that I recieved from Really Reasonable Ribbons.  On the bottom is May Arts 1.5" Pink Crocheted Lace, with a paper panel over the center. Next is May Arts 5/8" Sheer Ruffle Edge Pink - I tied my bow with this as well.
Finally, and added a little pink bling from Studio G Adhesive Gems.

I hope you are starting to see pink! You are almost finished with the hop - head over to Cheryl Walker's  blog and then you will just have the final stop at the Really Reasonble Ribbon blog.

Love this card. The details are awesome. Thanks for disclosing the main ones, but how did you get the border to which you added the gems?

Unknown said...

The border is just printed on the patterned paper from Kaisercraft. Hope this helps!
