Cut a basic tag from the patterned paper.  Ink the edges with Pink Petunia and distress.  Cut a printed panel form the paper and add Ultra Fine Crystal Glitter around the border. Add to the tag offset to the right. Die Cut the Raindrops on Roses decorative die. Run through a Xyron Creative Station machine to apply adhesive to the right side.  Sprinkle the Ultrafine glitter over the top of the die cut and burnish onto the cut.  Apply to the tag. Die cut the printed ticket.  Add gems to either side and attach to the tag. Stamp the sentiment using the silver ink.  Die cut with the small tag turned with the hole towards the bottom of the sentiment.  Ink the edges and glue to the tag.  Stamp and cut the flowers with the coordinating dies. Shape and add gems for the centers. Add gem flourishes around the flowers and die cut leaves from the Sweet Juliet die set and add those to the cluster.  Stamp the Floral Dress onto vellum with watermark ink and heat emboss.  Fussy cut the dress.  Add highlights of Silver 3D stamp paint around the dress.  Apply with foam adhesives and finish with a ribbon bow at the waist.  Finish with ribbons at the top of the tag.

This tag is scrumptious! I don't know how you did it, but that dress looks like it's made from lace!
